How long does it take to addition of newborn to pr application after submitting documents and proof of payments..?

Only when ircc request you to show updated proof of funds otherwise no need to do so

I didn't get what are you asking. You mean to say to pay after medical exam?

Make the payment for addition of newborn and send the receipt as proof of payment and if you can go for the upfront medical for the baby

You have done your part . What is now left to do is for ircc . So don't let it get over your mind. Its tougher than one can imagine. Just don't let yourself get upset Or worried .
