Sigh. I’m getting tired of waiting for AOR. I saw more November apps have AOR than September which is crazy. The process is really ridiculous. But I know some March applicants are still waiting, so trying to have perspective...

For what it’s worth, I noticed July and August started receiving AORs again last week. July especially made great progress. I think it’s reasonable to expect some September AORs to start slowly trickling in a month or so....

I feel for you. Even if AOR comes, it will be awhile before COPR. Do what you need to do, to take care of yourself and your child. You’re not alone and you WILL make it through this!! Hang in there <3

Based on the spreadsheet there are other countries this year that have gotten ppr. On Dec 31 several PAs from diverse countries got it including UK, Mauritius, Japan, United States, Australia

Thank you...sadly the program doesn’t accept international students. We are trying to decide if we should buy a house or not, long story, the program is tied up with finances. Hopefully ours will move at a reasonable pace, she is American and we have no dependents/prior marriage/crim history.

My spouse (PA) is wanting to attend a Canadian school program. In order to do so she must be a PR by November 15, 2021. Our life plans will depend on her attending the program or not. Our app was received in Sydney on September 15, 2020. What do you think our chances are of her getting PR in 14...

Do you have a temporary number?

My spouse is American and she wants PR to work here and avoid international tuition fees, just our personal situation. We also want her to get healthcare as we plan to start a family.

Don’t listen to the call centre workers. They often provide incorrect information. There is no way to guarantee your completeness has been validated until you receive AOR. That is the purpose of AOR.

I saw on a Facebook group that PAs are filling out a complete 10 year travel history as part of their apps. My PA didn’t do that...we didn’t see it asked anywhere. Is this ok - maybe it’s because she is American so it’s not a country specific requirement for Americans? I’m just concerned our app...

I am soooo sorry. Nobody deserves this. If he doesn’t plan to leave, yes maybe inland is your best bet now. At least then he could get an open work permit at some point. Good luck

Have we heard of anyone from September receiving AOR? I know none on the spreadsheet, but sometimes other new trickles in from Facebook or whatsapp...

Don’t worry, it’s normal to have not received news yet. It’ll likely be a few months before we do.
