Hello, I filed 2023 taxes on February 29, 2024 and it still shows "In Process" with no target completion date. I called CRA many times and they had no update at all, just asked me to wait indefinitely. Recently, I called CRA Identity Verification department on 1833-995-2336 and they said my...

Makes sense, thank you!! but do you happen to know the difference between "candidate eligibility" and "normal eligibility"? I've called them twice and one time they said I've passed "eligibility" and second time they said I've passed "candidate eligibility".

@iSaidGoodDay what do you think about this? how is it possible to have eligibility passed without BIL and temporary UCI? Have they changed the process or something? What's the difference between "eligibility as a candidate" and "normal eligibility"? When I called them, they said the same thing...

When I called them, they said the same thing to me. They said my eligibility as a candidate has passed. But I am not sure if it's same as normal eligibility. I still haven't received BIL and my UCI is still the temporary one. AOR: December 15 Stream: CEC Inland, Non-PNP

which group is this? There are so many people with November first week AORs and they're still waiting for BIL

    <<<< November 2023 AOR >>>>>

hmm seems like for CEC inland, they're sending BILs to 3rd and 4th week of November applicants.

ohh that's great to hear. So, you mean eligibility is marked as completed on the tracker before doing biometrics?

    <<<< November 2023 AOR >>>>>

Some people even with December AOR (CEC) are able to get updates by calling IRCC. I called last week and they said I've passed candidate eligibility and criminality check was in progress. Kinda strange as UCI is still not updated and no BIL. AOR: December 15, 2023 Maybe people with November AOR...

Seems like PNP applications are moving a lot faster. Any CEC, Inland with AOR mid November got BIL yet?

New PR process post AOR in 2024?

I called IRCC this week and they said I've already passed eligibility (one time, they mentioned "candidate eligibility") and criminality check is in progress. My UCI is still the temporary one and I haven't received BIL request yet either. I am curious if IRCC has adopted a new processing...
