You have only one backlog, then why it is mentioned in the notes that "Multiple unexplained backlogs" ?

Yes! If you have your visa then you can fly after October 20.

If you have valid study permit and your university is approved as DLI with covid ready, then you are good to go after October 20.

I just mailed my department and asked that whether McMaster is approved or not? And they replied that McMaster University is not approved, but we will let you know If any changes take place.
