Thank you for the reply. I heard that too. And in November they released another batch of TRVs. The TRVs issued in November were released by Ottawa office, and the TRVs issued in December were released by Beijing office. I really hope my visa will get approved soon... Almost a year has passed...

Thank you for your reply! I applied from China. It’s a TRV, i did the biometrics in March, 2020. They don’t require medical test for my TRV. I haven’t got any update since March...

Does it say ’recommend pass’ in your notes? At this point it doesn’t matter how you push them, they just haven’t started granting people normal TRVs.
