Does anyone still believe that IRCC intends to address any FSW-outland applications this year ? Most of us are gradually approaching the 2year mark since we applied. This is ridiculous.

You were right. I received gcms notes today and it indicates VO as ottawa. Also showed “Application appears RFV” on notes 1.
