Regarding an under 18 at the time of application, now 19 years old... what is the situation regarding test & interview... minor or adult ?

Tests stopped in March 2020 , so theoretically the test dates are 8 months behind .Depending on your region the tests were usually about 6 months after AOR... so thats 6+8 if they started testing today . The whole process is 8 month delayed and counting as of today.

I recieved a statement of offence for not being able to produce a ticket on the platform as I had lost it. If I plead guilty to this offence and pay the fine, will it affect my current citizenship application ?
