    I don't think the borders restrictions are what is holding IRCC from sending PPRs and COPRs. It seems that working from home and unions pressure to not return to offices. They have lifted the restrictions on US residents COPRs holders from summer last year and there was no movement on that side too.

    Forecast on when "Outlanders" will be issued PPR

    They're not issuing PPR or COPR for USA residents (not everyone who is residing in the USA is visa exempt). From July 10th it seems that there are no travel restrictions for applicants that reside in the USA. But no one can confirm that since they are not sending PPR and COPRs.

    This is incredibly funny from their part!! They send a PPR then they say don't send the passport we may put in place a new landing process xD. But still this is great news it shows that things are maybe starting to move in the right direction.

    That's true. Anyway, now it's clear that there are no travel restrictions for candidates who are in the USA and have COPR. But when it comes to the IRCC's plan of actions nothing is clear we are just guessing and speculating.

    Nope, you need to have a COPR and an approved application before that.

    That's true, no one received PPR or COPR yet. But the travel restrictions changed two business days ago, so lets wait and see. I don't see why they will create a new section specific for applicants that reside in the USA if they're not going to start sending PPRs or directly COPRs to them.

    Are you an Outland PR applicant who resides in the USA ? They are exempt from the travel restrictions from July 10th maybe they started contacting applicants with such a profil
