We called Pony Express but unfortunately, they can only send to Warsaw but cannot send from Warsaw back to Russia. I know ... strange.

Does anyone know how the process works for sending the passport to Warsaw from Russia? Warsaw VO asks for a "prepaid courier waybill" and we're having trouble figuring out how to do it and which company can handle it. Has anyone successfully gone through this process and can guide us?
