Yeah mean if you submit new application. Did cic send you a correspondence letter because I received my biometric correspondence letter for my previous study permit Application.

Visa officers stated his not satisfied that I will leave canada during my stay. But I believe that the reason of my refusal was I didn't upload my SOP and also maybe lack of travel history.

I from Gambia I got refusal for my study permit 5/12/2020 With strong Bank Statement but during my online application I forgot to upload my latter of explanation which is SOP
