It seems that they have some issues with the website right now. A maintenance was planned but it seems that it is not resolved yet.

Hi, It seems that right now they are processing the applications received in March/April. Until they open the envelope with your photos there is no way to really track your application. If you sent it by letter with a tracking number you can maybe see on Canada Post if they received it. But...
