    I believe it still can be renewed based on compassionate reasons. Just make sure to arrive in Canada before the card expires. You stand a better chances fighting it while you are in Canada.

    No bank will disclose your financial information to anyone. If by chance they ask you for proof of funds again just make sure you have those funds to show.

    You can they won't check the account. I know of a person whose account that got hacked and they had to close their accounts altogether. They never informed CIC and got their PPR in less than 5 weeks.
