call your MP and tell them about your situation and they will send u a consent form, fill it up and send it back to them and usually a responsible person reach out to IRCC on your behalf and then wait for there reply.

Hi Gomex, Once u submit your documents it should take between 6 to 8 weeks until u hear anything from the PNP officer and this timeline is only for express entry PNP.

u do get id no when u apply, check ur dashboard

EE is fast process compared to regular PNP , there are some PNP streams linked with Express entry go for that one and I can't help you with the NOC Code
