I know that sucks, I could have just make use of webform to send that missing unprinted page with 5 bullet point :). In USA, they send RFE(request for evidence) and not send the whole package. IRCC should learn from USCIS and their methodology for application processing.

Yes I am doing exactly the same thing, I am filling out the application again and getting new pictures new police report and have immigration consultant look my application for final check.

Update: My application got returned and wife received it. The reason of return was that the printer failed to print to print eligibility checklist form completely for sponsors app 1344 and we did not notice that. :( We are redoing all the application again since its a june application and...

Just spoke with IRCC and they told me my application was returned too on Dec 10, funny part is my wife in canada havent received the application yet and I am here in the US, I havent receive anything yet. Hopefully its not lost. IRCC seriously needs to make changes on their application process...

Thank you Mandy. We are both frustrated with the process, most likely the application might come back to me at my US address if not returned, I would be so happy and thankful to 2021 :)

Dont worry Mandy, I think you should be good. I think I might have made mistake by applying myself at this point, should have used consultancy.:(

you and I are both in the same situation, as far as I know they dont provide a file number if its being returned before your receive your AOR. Ya 7 months wasted. Its so depressing, I think I would go to consulting company to get this thing done at least with them there is some hope...

My wife she called in again and they could not locate the application, most likely its coming back. Any idea if the application has temporary file when it gets returned they cannot locate the application even with my credentials?

I am trying my best to be positive and thinking that it was just an agent issue for not finding the application, hope that would be true.

Also I am in USA and I am trying to find a way to call IRCC 1888 number tried from my phone several times and its not working (may be 1888 number is for local canadian use only) any work around anyone? I am so frustrated that its taking so many months and I want to call them again.

When we called them few months back they told us that the application is complete and is now being soon assigned to an officer. Not sure what happened.

Thank you dw33, even though it is returned would that be on their system since they would scan all the paper application right? Upon giving my information they could not even find my application.
