Seek a professional opinion for trp...? You can definitely attach doctors note in your Letter of explanation(LOE), as it builds a strong case for you, when reapplying pgwp. Ept=appropriate As for your school, get in touch with them first, and see what they have to say.

If you haven't done it yet, i would highly suggest going through this thread again.

Don't know about applying for Trp (is your permit expiring soon). But yea first, get some ept advice from your schools international student dept. regarding your particular issue and see if they can help you in any way possible. Also a letter from school is way more credible than a doctors...

4 months is too long.. You should've gotten a answer within 2 months. I applied a new application with a letter i got from my uni, explaining the policy in which that i was actually a full time student no matter that i withdrew the course., along with a letter with my own explanation explaining...

As I said earlier my university's policy says that if a student remains enrolled full-time in the term preceding the term following the break, it can be considered a scheduled break, whichever the semester it maybe. I know it may sound very different from what other colleges say.
