it means file is approved, passport got stamped. all the required information has been updated in the system. In vey simple terms , the sticker that they post on the passport got created either posted to your passport :) Good Luck everyone.

I think so , you can make payment from anyone else s account it should not be problem. Try doing that.

Send the payment confirmation screenshot to the passport submission email stating you made payment. Then with 2-3 days you get email it is booked for passport pick up and tracking number as well and the further instructions to follow.

No , It does not accept CAD card. but Paytm work best for it. if your spouse has account, it just needs phone number to create account. most people have paytm in India, then anyone can transfer money to your paytm account, then pay from it.

It means, passport sent to IRCC for visa stamping. VFS is just to collect the passport, further they send to IRCC for stamping.

That seems tricky, you should check with VFS for that , send email to passport submission email, may be they can help you. But in general terms it suppose to be delivered to the address whichever you enter on the VFS consent form and SMS consent from. Better to check with VFS.

Yes you can put the nearest Blue dart location address to pick up from, if your area is not serviceable.

Did you made request to HOLD the Parcel or either Blue dart has hold , you should call Blue dart and confirm why its on Hold if you did not requested to HOLD.

Yes, outland applicant needs PPR to get passport stamped, virtual landing is for Inland or people who are already in Canada. Do you have decision made, and GCMS notes says PPR letter mailed but you did not received it. Then seriously Only God can do some miracle
