Hi Melito, Could u update Pls.? Test invite Sept. 2nd Test pass Sept.22nd November 8th all tab turn into Completed. and Citizenship Ceremony tab turn in to Progress. November 17th Received Citizenship Ceremony Invite December 6th Citizenship Ceremony Date.

I think if even one pic have stamp that's fine... coz there is same rule for PR renew Photo.. and last year when i renewed my PR there was only one photo out of two has stamp and i received my PR.

I Think you may wait now. any how they r already clearing backlog as now they started March already. I even not sure if my Both Photos stamp and i dont think so if i write my name behind photo. Grrrr but as Das said many Applicants said that they did not stamp or write but they received them...

if she Lives in Canada she have many Options to seek advise from City Office. or she need to get lawyer. person once married is married until she able to Provide Divorce or Death Certificate. Married person doing remarried it's Fraud. and fall under illegal marriage in abroad.

one year separation then she can apply for divorce.. in which Province she live?

1st of all she need Legal Divorce. 2nd when she come to India she need to get NOC letter from Canadian High Comition. 3rd when u both get Married need to register ur marriage in Indian marriage registrar. without NOC Registrar office will not register ur marriage NOC means high commition...
