I have to send hard copies of my fingerprints to Singapore for police clearance. I've contacted an accredited service but they are closed for a month has they are not considered essential. Does anyone know of a place that might still be providing fingerprints? Thanks!

Oh sorry my husband (Canadian citizen) and I (Turkish with a valid tourist visa) live abroad. We had planned to move to Canada together this July before all this hit and wait for the result there if possible. My outland PR application has been submitted already.

Thanks for the breakdown. Do you have any idea if those who are already holding a tourist visa would require such a letter from IRCC?
