I finally received my PR decision this Monday the 26th, it took 25 months from application to decision in my case. Don't lose hope.

Considering that the completion time for this PR was 22 months and the pandemic added at least 3 months of inactivity from IRCC, I would expect the waiting to be minimal.

Finally an update on my PR! I applied as under Regular Quebec Skilled Worker on 1 October 2018. AOR received January 2019 and medical September 2020. Anyone know what are the next steps after completing the medical requests?

Are you implying that currently Sydney Office is still closed? I thought all immigration activities resumed in June.

Is there anyone here that applied for a regular PR in October 2018 and received medical instructions? I expect covid to add delays but I'm just curious as they did resume work in June and the 22 month processing time would push them to give priority for applications from October 2 years ago.
