Yes i got RAMQ , they will ask for COPR letter when you will apply

Update : PR cards of mine and my family were actually delivered weeks ago, my stupid building watchman posted the cards in wrong unit number PR Cards delivered finally, on to next journey i.e. citizenship Thanks all
