    Was your medical extension completed? Or is anyof you or dependent passport is expiring within 6 months? Check with IRCC agent on your medical extended. If not extended they will hold your passport until it's done and send for COPR printing

    you can call the below number using textnow app from US. I always use the same. it works.     you can call the IRCC and the agent will ask you to raise an emergency request to return your passport. But note that they may send your passport back without COPR printing. You can send them back again once your other passport task or travel is done.
