update: I applied for the official transcript to VTU on the 4th of June. it was sent to and received by WES on 8th of June. and I received the report on the 15th of June. 10 working days in total.

hi Jaison. I too am from Qatar and I'm confused if we should include degree certificate along with the rest of the attachments and if we are including the degree certificate, should it be attested? and should we pay 500+1500+300 in total?
