I had applied it in may as well, but never received it. I applied it again on July 15th and received the same today. Hopefully you'll receive yours soon :)

Hello all, Please find certain parts of my GCMS notes in the below link GCMS in the Notes section, I can see that the Officer Review as "Passed. Ready for Approval" Does that mean once the travel restrictions are lifted the file will be approved? Thanks.

Not sure about past. I have been seeing this on the IRCC login page only after March 2020 (don't remember the exact date). I have seen this only once the pandemic struck. Usually it was always followed by a draw since then.
