Just got my PR card. Was mailed out from Sydney. Received ecopr from Etobicoke via the portal on Feb 15.

Finally got my ecopr. 1st email regarding portal set up - 8 Jan 2nd email with credentials - 25 Jan Ecopr notification - 14 Feb Photo still in review. Agent - MA.... IRCC Etobicoke

Mine's MA, I updated my address and uploaded my photo on Jan 25.

I wish I did !! Pray that you don't get added to the portal or it's like going through whole submission process all over.

Finally got my login credentials for the confirmation portal. Been waiting since Jan 8.

You don't have to upload one until they request for it. Not everyone needs an RCMP certificate.

From what I am aware the confirmation portal is more like a pilot project adopted by some offices to enhance efficiency. Not aware of any criteria, it would depend on the office where your file is being processed.

I am not sure who you are referring to, but I didn't contact the Etobicoke office. I did reach out to the IRCC helpline in December and I was told that I had cleared all stages. Fyi, my application was stuck at criminality the longest probably over several months.
