Thank you for your reply. I have just sent them an email stating my situation. Also I consulted a travel and immigration agent here and they are confirming that I can travel with just these documents even if visa is not stamped. As per what they said, i can travel with workpermit and employer...

I was residing in Canada from last 2 years and in feb I came to India for vacation. I have a work permit and I applied for TRV in India to return. And then Covid happened!! I’m stuck in India. Even TRV is in process since last four months!! I have emailed ircc for TRV on the travel exemption...

I came here for vacation and I’m stuck. I did not change My COR. So I didnot inform them that I’m in India. Once I get the gcsm notes it will be clear I what’s happening. I’m trying to be back eagerly. I even have a TRV in process in India.

I spoke to my lawyer and he said I’m still gonna be considered inland and my VO is Ottawa. I have ordered gcsm 12 days ago, once I get them I’ll share it!! Now that I’m not getting COPR I’m kinda fearing that this might be the case..
