Hello all, Documents sent to MIDI - 17th Feb 2020 CC Charged- June 8th 2020 The payment got deducted but I haven't received any AOR from MIDI yet. What is the AOR? Will I be receiving it in the email or mailbox? Please help

I haven't got the medical request either, that's a different case though. My VO is Mississauga no idea what they gonna do with the CSQ.

Is there anyone who has applied for the CSQ after FEB 20th 2020? I haven't received any AOR from MIDI since then, No amount has been deducted yet. I called them they said they need to know the application number which I don't have. I'm not sure what to do. could anyone help?
