I received the same letter. i did submit a web form for further steps as the first letter asks to submit a web form is Copr and visa are provided if we need them I have a question about resending the photos.how did they notify you about photographs being the wrong size the first time ?

I received the same letter today, along with photo specifications letter. My passports and photographs were returned without Copr and visa The first letter is asking to contact them via web form if Copr and visa was not issued. I did submit a web form, will update if I get anything back.

you are not alone. I sent a web form on May 5th and I got the reply that my passport is with their office and will be returned once it’s processed.

Similar timeline as yours Application : FSW-O PPR: March 13th Passport delivered :March 19th No updates after that
