    You would think that the Liberals would expedite all pending Citizenship oath ceremonies in light of how miserable their doing in the polls. 4 months for an oath ceremony? Include all the backlog, they might have a chance of losing respectably. It is just beyond me.

    mid December is conservative. 2 weeks or so to get your citizenship card. Once you get your citizenship card, it can take 1 business day to 21 business days to get your passport (depending on urgency and payment). Average is 2 weeks for normal processing. This is based on Toronto timelines.
