Only students who haven't gone (visa before March 18) and students (non SDS applied before April) got the passport stamped, I mean visa. I got my passport request on May 19 and my friend ( non SDS) applied on March got his visa stamped on August that is 3 months later than me is going to get...

Friends, I just done my medicals on Nov 2019. I received my passport request on May 19 2020. But due to covid, all vac were closed. If vac opens on November, whether IRCC will ask for me to re-do my medical test again when I submit my passport for stamping?? Please reply
