I have a question to you did you inquire about when did you file transferred to Lvo ?? Through your MP or lawyer or by yourself.? Forget about what the letter said on feb 2020z

That is not true.. my wife is also Nov 4 applicant and we got Aor2 on July 20 but still no updates.. its not necessary that you must get ADR..

I am totally agreed with that.. In canada we have so many support programs for those people who came in this country and later on their spouses never showed up.. so the the immigration new comer and welcome centre will provide the basic commodities to those people.

My only concern is if he withdrawal his undertaking so why now ?? after getting stamped visa ?? Like he could withdrawal anytime during the process.. he paid fees and everything and she booked flight and later on this.. the timing is not making any sense or logical to withdrawal at this point. No they can’t revoke just based on a single call. Why he was waiting for the whole year then after getting approval why could he do that ?? She also can talk to IRCC regarding this.

This is not even funny.. you better be out of it. You can’t even imagine her situation or feeling so if you can’t say good words so better be quiet.

So what you were trying to say that her visa got rejected after approval ?? R you kidding me.? I have never seen a case before that the visa got rejected before entry. I am Living here in Canada for many years I know what are the legal procedures for that. So please stop discouraging her.

Or may be someone else who had some kind of grudge for her even in the family they can make any email like that to just upset her.

Are you sure if that is email looks like fishy ? May be your spouse is doing prank with you it happened sometimes..
