    I think its fine. As far as I understand license from PBEC are required only if u want to work as retail/Community, Hospital Pharmacist, Industrial Pharmacist, etc. s for lecturer I think it doesnt need it. The only advantage with PBEC is the chance to get higher points when applying for PR.
