Same here.. no response after file transferred to CPC Mississauga.

Just in case someone sees this in future, what this means is that IRCC received the medicals, doctors have assessed you but the immigration officers have not put this on your file. (Checked with IRCC helpline).

Thanks for the reply. It looks like we should read from highest number of Activity to lowest (For me starting from activity 35 to Activity 1), In this sequence, it went from Not Started to In Progress to Sent. There is no update after that! Does this look correct?

Even I submitted my additional test reports on May 11th. I was supposed to submit it by 3rd May. I communicated with them, they said it is fine even if we are late. They are not going to reject applications in this Pandemic situation due to delay in any document submission.
