Does anyone have any leads on where the passport goes after submission? Just Islamabad or all the way to london?

Got decision made on ecas today. Alhamdolilah!

Seems like we were wrong when we were complaining back in November that lvo is sleeping. Atleast some people we're getting updates. Feel like they've hibernated now. Sometimes I feel like literally killing myself after all this wait man!! This wait is ruining our lives... Keeping loved ones...

Can someone who got PPR after 20 April 2020 and had paid the old fee of right of permeant residency confirm if they were asked for the additional and newly increased fee??
