I would say just walk-in to the same office where you made you finger prints before and ask them to re-do it using the old request. Maybe we need to ask some of the guys who did a second set of finger prints if whether the second test request came from the same office that intiated the first...

I would send an email while keep calling. Usually it takes them few weeks before answering an email based on my experience with them

I would send a webform to the IRCC with the proof that you have done your fingerprints on March 26. In the same time, try to contact RCMP via phone or email, and inquire about the status of your clearance. good luck

Check your latest notes, the one before your location turned e-clearance pending, and check the validity date of your criminal clearance. Criminal clearance expires on yearly basis, security clearance expires every 4 years
