I am applying for my wife's sponsorship PR. The questions were from Checklist IMM5533. I have answered the questions in the checklist as " NO" . Since I will not be providing any documents for those questions, Do I need to select main Checkbox in IMM5533? The questions are in that link. Thank you.

Thanks for quick response. Since I'm selecting "NO" for answers 2,3,4 I do not have to select main yellow box. Right? I left medicals main box empty and wrote N/A in space below. I will provide it when requested.

Thank you. However I found on twitter that we do not have to select the main box if it does not apply to us. It was answered by IRCC for using Representative form. I guess it applies for the entire form.
