Anybody got their picture approved? Or pr card ? Uploaded documents on 16 dec 2020 got copr on 10 jan 2021 .. Still no PR card yet ... so slow and frustrating

Why they are not approving photos... i already got ecopr and address is approved... 1 month passed still no PR CARD ... no point of this portal ...

I opened portal at night and it was working but now in day its not.. It says technical error plz try again later...
