Is everyone in the thread paper based/ inland applicant? Anyone FSW outland/ online?

Hi guys, ECAS always tells me, no record found. Do you know what could be the issue? I tried many combinations (UCI, File number, Last name in capitals etc.). For info, my file was transferred to NDVO in July 2020.

FSW-O India are the least priority buddy. Not anytime soon but they can open tomorrow if they want to.

The number of PPRs for March 2020 AOR seems surprisingly high given that a number of us have only recently received BILs (last 2 weeks). Am I reading the chart correctly?
