What's your VO? Any idea why did it take 1 week for you to receive the card?

My VO is Etobicoke, but they mentioned that my card was resent to Production to Vancouver. They mailed my card on the 5th of January and I am checking my mailbox since Jan 8th, but still, I have not received it. How long will it take for it to reach Toronto? Someone, please suggest.
