dual citizen leaving Canada for the US

Thanks! We're not traveling by air. We're crossing a land border. I will also file for Canadian passport in the US. My concern is leaving Canada.

dual citizen leaving Canada for the US

Thanks! I'm going to do it by land. Also, I might be wrong but it seems the link is only for boarding a flight to or transiting through Canada by air. I am wondering about leaving Canada. We can always apply for a Canadian passport once we are in the US.

Planning to cross the US-Canada border for a job in the US. My child is a dual citizen. Do dual citizens need a Canadian passport to leave Canada, or would a US passport be enough?

    about naturalization for a minor

Thanks for the reply! I have yet to satisfy the residency requirement for adults but my spouse is a Canadian citizen, so I guess my child can apply for it now? Also, do you happen to know the estimated timeframe (from submitting the application to naturalization)? Thanks!

office opening time for COPR processing at 24/7 US-Canada land border

Hi, I am wondering for a 24/7 US-Canada port of entry (open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for example Coutts Alberta), would they be able to process COPRs at any time of the day? Or is there a time range (say 7am-5pm) that they will process COPRs. Thanks!

    crossing land border

I've see many posts from the Express Entry section that crossing the land border from US to Canada is risky as a COPR holder as they may turn the holder away. The main reason that the CBSA agents cite is that activating COPR is not considered essential travel. Hence, users in the Express Entry...

    outland COPR activation?

Hi guys, what do you think is the chance that outland COPRs can be granted PR status without having to do landing (maybe getting an email or phone interviews?). I know that inland COPRs are now getting emails or phone interviews confirming their PR status.
