I too have AOR around same time and received my second ghost update yesterday.... I see lot of CEC applicants around the same AOR in Edmonton are getting ghost updates..... As PPR's are issued in batches, our set of profiles might have moved to the next stage... We might need to wait for third...

Interesting! But are you sure inland applications are getting COPR directly without PPR email or PR Visa stamping? Could you please check and confirm on it if possible?

I think after PPR the next step will be to send passport to Ottawa office for PR visa stamping and COPR. Only after that there will be a telephonic interview if I am not wrong. Is that a new process?
