I think you might be confusing old portal (basic info as you shared above) and new portal (breakdown step-by-step like you saw before).

I've used the same email that reached out to me for passport scans. It's worth noting though that I had contacted them for a different matter, but they included this snippet in their response regardless.

As long as you've received an invitation to take the online citizenship test, you can do so at any time during your eligibility period (no matter day or night, weekday or weekend). So best you can do is to find the earliest convenient time for you when you can focus on the test and avoid...

Congrats, glad to see more activity from the Vancouver office! :) From what I've seen in the other threads, we actually do need to be physically present in Canada for the oath ceremony (and reschedule otherwise).

Got a ghost update today in the tracker (Updated: Oct 14, but no change), which hopefully means that DM is coming next week <3

Congrats, @htcj! It sounds like we're in the same boat - my passport pages were requested (and submitted) on Oct 12.

ATIP are basically detailed notes about your application you can request for a small fee ($5). If you haven't requested them before, you don't need to -- I was just curious to compare on an off-chance you did that before.

Did you request the ATIP notes before, by any chance? Was curious to compare our assigned officers, since our timeline is very comparable, but I am yet to receive DM or passport pages request.

@Fifi7 / @bonjourusman , did you folks get your DM? A friend of mine (also from Vancouver) passed his test on Aug 16, had it marked completed on Aug 17 and just got his DM today (2wks later).

A friend of mine got a "ghost update" today, a ~week after his citizenship test has updated to "Completed". Is this a precursor for passport pages request, DM, or nothing in particular?

I don't think new tool ever shows "Decision Made". You can either try ECAS (old tool) or use one of the observation other folks have been sharing -- that "Prohibitions" set to Completed is usually correlated to DM.

Do you know of we need to translate the foreign (non-EN/FR) stamps even if they are dated long before the citizenship eligibility period (or even the first entry into Canada)?
