That is normal my son's application has been processed by the Niagara Falls office and he did his interview with the Kitchener office. and then his oath was online with the Niagara Falls office.

It was a virtual one, September 7th, 2023 at 7:45 am. They apologized and said it was an administrative error as they have many people.
