We sent a web form and they replied that "they had all the documents that they needed" . Not sure if I trust that reply, but that would mean they got the police report. The request was delivered by mail to the embassy February. So, it would be about 4 months.

They were received by the embassy in February, and we are still waiting. No updates. I saw in another thread an email for the embassy, but in the same thread I also saw the embassy's reply email that said they are unable to provide personal updates. Who knows. People have waited 4 to 8 months...
