I hope so to. I had the re-medical done in Sep last year, which I thought everything was getting closer. However, a year has passed and still nothing happened. This is just very frustrating and not sure when the process will be ended.

If the medical exam could be automatically extended it would be the best. I didn’t even know why they keep asking us to re-do the medical and not issuing us with PPR. Every time I had hopes then it came with endless waiting for another year… :(

Thanks a lot for the information. It didn’t really specify which instructions it will be for the medical exams. But my guts feeling is that it will probably include COVID PCR test and validation of full vaccination into the exam criteria. I guess it will be the 3rd medical exam for me…

What is the mysterious policy it’s going to be? Sounds pretty scary…

My passport will expire in Jan 2022 so I’m thinking of getting a new one soon. I’m AOR May 2019 and still waiting with no updates whatsoever . Did two medical exams and this one will expire in September, not sure if I have to do another one or they will extend it automatically. :(
