Thanks for the reassurance! I can only find information for PR renewals and replacements. There's practically nothing for new recipients. I really appreciate your answering! I'm not sure it's legal to send the PR card by courier. Doesn't matter for us, because we still haven't received it yet.

I don't think anybody will experience faster than normal processing during COVID. Once you reach 100% "progress" you can reach out to them. Even the phone works. We only spent ~40 mins on hold.
