If you have got your PR then you dont need a visa if not then you are required to get one.

Islamabad VFS is taking time we have submitted on 27 and got an update yesterday that IRCC received it on Aug 2 for processing.

From the CBSA office where you live.Take your PR they will check if they have your file if not they will request to transfer the file to their office and will let you as soon as they have your passport.

Saw an update on the tracker but seems to be a ghost update as nothing got changed.

Not sure as I had applied by a lawyer, the reason for doing it so is that I had applied last year for my father visitor visa and got rejected with a reason that didn't make sense.

I am still waiting for the medical to be updated as my father was told by the physician that it will take 4 to 5 days to be submitted to IRCC.

Thank you for your response I will definitely send them an email however UK does provides visitor visa on Refugee travel document so hoping New Zealand and Australia would also do it.
