I recieved an email on the e-certificate download instructions on 10/07. No oath date is given. LPP still in progress on the tracker.

I submitted around the same time too! Hope we get next steps information soon.

I live in Canada but I chose to apply outland. If you have a Canadian address they will land you as if you're an inland applicant.

Hey everyone my application was just approved! I got a call from IRCC as the "virtual landing" and one hour later the CoPR was in my email. No PPR needed for me, straight to CoPR but still need to send photo for PR card!! Timeline is in my signature
