I just received email invitation from CIC for the oath ceremony, scheduled on Jan 13th. 2 years.. finally

I've already applied to renew my passport in case I need to travel outside of Canada next year... Does DM mean that everything is completed except oath? My application status is still shown as In Progress tho It's really frustrating, seeing how things are being done...

Hi, the status of my application hasnt changed since Sept (everything shows completed except oath on the tracker). My PR will expire in Sept 2022. Should I apply for an extension if i dont hear from cic soon?

According to the cic tracker, my language skills, physical presence, prohibition, background verification, test have all been completed by Sept 2nd. What is the next update I should be expecting? And any rough timeline? My current passport has expired and I'm debating if i should renew it or...

Do I need to translate the information that are already translated? For example, I have a Japanese VISA on the passport, the content is in both English and Japanese.

I also called IRCC this morning. They said the update on the tracker is most likely a glitch since the tracker is relatively new to them. Hope this is helpful in case anyone else experiences similar situations

Hi Everyone, I passed my citizenship test on July 26th and have not checked my cic account until today (since then since there's no update emails). It shows that I am required to attend an interview scheduled on Aug 24th and instructions will be sent to me. However, I have not received anything...

And if it's not, who can I contact to request the detail? I only have one day on Monday to get all the information and I can;t seem to find the contact in the help center. Thanks so much

Hi, I just went on cic to check the status and it showed that they've scheduled me for an interview on Aug 24th. I've never received any email stating when and how to attend and what information is needed. Should I be concerned and email them or is this their common practises? thanks!
