Yeah, my fingerprinting agency said something similar. they said if it takes longer than 20 days, first contact rcmp then the ircc. from the application google sheet, it seems mostly it takes 20 days. so it might be good idea to contact after about 20±5 days.

were you instructed to submit the receipt? I was also asked to submit fingerprints but neither IRCC nor the fingerprinting agency asked for that. so I assume no, we don't have to submit anything, but not sure.

How is the Vancouver office in terms of speed? Old threads from 2015s say that it is slow but its been 8 years, so idk how it is now.

Today my application was updated, and they apparently sent an email 2 days ago about fingerprint submission but I didn't receive any email. It is not in junk either. Should I try to call them or wait more?

Once you login to the tracker, at the top it shows the last update date, and mine went from sep 14 to sep 16, also at the bottom of the page beside the Application Filed title, it shows a New Update badge, but the date thing is easier to identify.

According to this tracker/sheet, it takes about 31 days to get your AOR, but that's the average. So, it may take a little longer, also note that there are people on that sheet that are still waiting for AOR, so it's probably normal.

I came here to ask the same question. Got my AOR on aug 30 through email but it doesn't show up on the citizenship application page or can't find my application on ECAS. I don't know why it's taking this long to show up, isn't it automated?

Oh I see. The problem is I got my notice of decision on November 2019, so it is less than 365 days. I calculated online and apparently I'm eligible for citizenship july. thanks anyway
