Just got my AOR email. Looks like they’re finally working on applications received in early 2020.

My application was delivered to Sydney in early February. Still don't have an AOR so I reached out via webform to ask about my application again and the response said they are still currently only processing applications received before December 25, 2019.

Very common these days. My app was delivered to Sydney mid-Feb. Still no AOR.

It was delivered to Sydney CPC on February 10, 2020.

Heard back from IRCC after my Web Form submission. The email said that they confirmed that my application was not in the system yet and that they were currently processing applications received before December 24, 2019.

5 months today and still no AOR. I reached out via Web Form to ask for an update, but I'm expecting either no response or a canned response about COVID affecting processing times.

Yikes. Where did you send it from (within Canada, from the US, outside Canada and the US [embassy, consulate, etc?])?

Today marks exactly 16 weeks since my application was delivered to Sydney. Still no AOR.

Applying from USA. Mailed application via USPS International Express. Application was delivered to Sydney CPC on Feb 10, 2020.

At least they're responding. Hit the 3 month mark without an AOR today.

From reading all of these recent posts it sounds like I have a long wait ahead of me. Applied for Citizenship Certificate by descent, one parent was born in Canada (still Canadian citizen), I was born in USA. Delivered to Sydney CPC (USPS tracking): February 10, 2020. AOR: Still waiting
